For over 10 years, I worked in the trades running a landscaping business. I know first-hand what it’s like to wake up early, work long days on-site, quote jobs at night, chase invoices, answer calls while operating machinery, and still feel like there just aren’t enough hours in the day.

Like many trades business owners, I relied heavily on word of mouth for years. And when I finally decided to invest into marketing and “grow properly”, I quickly realised how many agencies out there promise the world but deliver very little. I spent thousands on generic marketing packages, flashy reports, and services that simply weren’t tailored to what my business actually needed at the time.

That frustration is one of the biggest reasons Echo Impact Agency was created.

But from my experience in the trades, I knew every business operates differently, and what works for one company may not work for another.
